What was the solution?
Given the complex nature of the business, it was crucial that our first step was to build out a Brand Foundation Framework that would provide a robust base for both Sentry and Burst to build from when creating strategy, comms, and design work. This framework focused on key areas including Brand Purpose & Values, Unique Value Propositions, Market Positioning, and Idea Client Persona’s. From here, we were able build our a communications strategy and creative direction that understood who it was trying to connect with, and how they would best engage with the Brand. This work was crucial for our ability to roll out an industry leading website, engaging Brand creative, and ongoing Social Media Content that works to consistently tell the Sentry story to the right people, in the right way.
